Who you are buying from
YourLyricVideo is operated by CoCha Consulting AB, a Swedish company, registration number 559596-6853. Our address and customer support details are on the contact page.
Your project & payment
We create lyric videos from your audio, lyrics and brief. Before you commit, we agree the scope, formats, revision rounds, delivery date and total price, including any applicable VAT and fees. Prices are in US dollars (USD) unless your quote states otherwise. Extra work needs your approval.
An order becomes binding when you accept our final offer through the agreed ordering process. Payment is through Stripe under the payment schedule in that offer. We send an email confirmation with your order details and the applicable terms. There is no subscription.
The current website is a preview. The brief form creates a local draft. It does not place an order or take payment.
Your materials & revisions
Supply final audio, checked lyrics and materials you own or have permission to use, including the recording, composition, artwork and any identifiable people. You keep your existing rights and give us permission to use those materials to complete your project.
Included revisions refine the agreed brief. New lyrics, replacement audio or a new concept may require a separate quote. Missing files or feedback can affect the agreed schedule; we will discuss a revised date with you.
Using your finished video
After full payment, you may publish and monetise the delivered video worldwide to promote your track, subject to rights in your supplied material and any third-party licence restrictions disclosed before you order. Editable project files are included only if agreed. We ask before showing your project in our portfolio. Any proposed use of generative AI with your supplied files will be disclosed and agreed before those files are sent to an AI provider.
If something goes wrong
Our delivery, cancellation and refund policy forms part of these terms. Contact us about delays, errors or complaints. Statutory remedies are separate from the creative revision allowance.
Swedish law applies without taking away mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Consumers can refer an unresolved dispute to Sweden’s National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), where eligible, or a competent court. Updated terms apply to future orders, not existing agreements.
