How your video arrives
Your video is delivered digitally through a download link sent to your email. There is no physical shipment or shipping charge. We confirm the delivery date, file format, resolution and any download expiry before you order. A preferred release date in a draft is not a booking.
Essential includes one 1080p landscape lyric video per song. Custom deliverables are agreed in your quote. You need internet access, storage space and a player or publishing platform that supports the agreed format. Keep a backup of your downloaded files.
Cancelling as a consumer
If you buy as a consumer, you normally have 14 days from entering the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. A custom brief alone does not remove that right. Tell us clearly by email or post using the details on our contact page. Include your name and order reference. You may use our withdrawal form, but it is optional.
If you expressly ask us to start production during those 14 days, you may owe a proportionate amount for work completed before withdrawal, where the law permits and we informed you in advance. The right ends for a fully performed service only with your prior express consent and acknowledgement. For digital content, it ends when supply starts only with your prior express consent, acknowledgement of the loss of the right and an agreement confirmation. We do not collect either consent through the preview form.
Refunds & other cancellations
For a valid consumer withdrawal, we refund the amount due without undue delay and within 14 days of your notice, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, with no refund fee. Any lawful deduction for work already performed is explained to you.
For business purchases or cancellations outside the statutory withdrawal right, contact us as soon as possible. We review work completed and commitments already made against the accepted quote and agree any amount due.
Delays, faults & complaints
Tell us if a file fails, lyrics are incorrect or delivery is late. Include your order reference and a description. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by law, which may include correction, a price reduction or a refund. Your statutory rights are not limited by a package’s revision rounds or by losing a withdrawal right. See our terms for dispute options.
